My family and I were in there Saturday night. The service was definitely not the issue, the food was. issue after issue. The kitchen is the heart of a restaurant, it should not be the problem. We would not eat our food so therefore we had to leave and go find food elsewhere at 8 o'clock at night. The manager and our waitress were good. We got our bill lowered, which isn't the point. We will not be back because of that experience.
The service was spectacular! No complaints there. The food hasn't been great the last 2 times I've ordered. So the stars reflect the food quality only.
After waiting for almost an hour. First our drinks wasn't right. Then our steaks was salty and not cooked right. Then send one steak back because it was under cooked. The cook brought the same steak back out in a to-go plate wide open and sat it on the table with no sides or anything. Most definitely won't coming back here. The kitchen needs major help bad.
I am extremely unhappy with my online order. The hamburger steak was cooked to death. The sides were dry. The rolls were old. The only eatable part was the orders of ribs. My order was a wasted 109.00. I won’t do that again!
I had the fillet and it was awesome. The service was good and though we had to wait for rolls, they came out hot and delicious. Great food at a good price with great service. Checks off all the boxes for me!
