So I ordered my phone over the phone. Clearly stated my order. I got the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. With a sweet tea. I got no chili cheese fries and a darn unsweetened tea. I was told to call back today to correct the issue. Every time I called someone answered and then hang up. That asked for my number and name when I explained the problem now I’m being avoided.

Friday night dinner with family. Not a bad wait for a table so that was nice. Our server was nice but didn't bring everything we asked for so finally gave up. He seemed overwhelmed with too many tables. Ordered fried pickles for appetizer and was delicious. I had the patty melt requested extra onions. When it came to the table only 2 sad slices. Fries were hot and fresh. Husband and kids enjoyed.

We came in with low expectations and had quite a surprise when our food arrived! We ordered some fried shrimp tossed in a Thai-like sauce (a bit of a kick) and it was really nice. My friend and I both ordered burgers and the bread was honestly the most exciting part, seemed real fresh.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My friends mother went in to the Tuscaloosa location for a drink of water and was met with complete disrespect. She was hot and overwhelmed and just stepped into their location for a quick refreshment. She meant no trouble, but was immediately met with aggression and prejudice as she was shoved around and forcibly removed from the establishment. As a woman in her 60s with mental and physical illness to be treated in such a manner really rattled her and scared her. She was offered no apology or even questioned about why she came inside to begin with. Feeling confused and overwhelmed she decided to confide in her children. Upon calling the bar for more details, he was met with hostility and defensiveness. Shouting ensued and the employee who answered the phone would not reveal his name. We are all left feeling concerned and bewildered as to why a situation like this had to happen in 2020. The employee violated the 6 ft rule (enforced because of a worldwide pandemic) to push out an older woman with no concern about why she even entered the establishment to begin with. Not only would the family like an apology from the employee who didn’t take them seriously over the phone but we want something to be done about the employee who decided to shove a sixty something year old woman just looking to quench her thirst.
