Friendly staff but it took too long to be served with few guests present
Sat for 10 minutes before we met the server, surrounded by 4 dirty tables for an hour and half.nFood took 50 minutes from order time to deliver to our table. Definitely sat under the warmer far too long. Had to wait for plastic ware after our food arrived. So my food had also cooked off completely cold.nIt was a party of two.
The only bad thing about my visit to this restaurant was the fact that they told me it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait and I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes while they had empty tables in the restaurant and let a party of about 18 people in before me that came in after me. Other than that the service and the food was excellent and the manager even tried to make it right by giving a discount for the wait so all in all it was a decent experience. Maybe just a little bit more communication between the four people and the hostess.
Waited 45 minutes to be seated after they told us 20. The blond skinny manager was rude and so was the hostess. They tried to tell me I've been waiting only 5 minutes over the time they told me but I have a text with a time stamp to prove it. I will never eat here again. Very unsatisfied with everything I've experienced so far. Management is a joke. They set a party of 20 immediately that came in after we did. Your establishment sucks
This Applebee's is usually the best. But tonight it took 30+ minutes to get drinks. Then I ordered chicken and broccoli. The broccoli was way to salty. So I ended up paying $10.99 for a piece of chicken.
