Very poor service! My husband and I switched from ATT and was told by the manager that Sprint would buy out our cell phones and IPad from ATT. We have him all of our phones and IPad along with the last ATT bill as requested. Sprint did not pay any of this off - received email claim denied and when chatting with a Sprint representative I was told the IPad didn’t even qualify. I have tried contacting the manager several times requesting for them to return my phones and IPad so I could turn them in to ATT myself. No response! He technically has stolen these items! Would not recommend going here for anything!!
Anthony was a very big help! He makes it to where you can understand issues and solutions easy. Would highly recommend!!!
Very new modern store, it's a fairly new addition to Kingwood. They have a large selection of devices and head phones and accessories. The staff are very helpful and willing to answer questions with no issues.
The Kingwood Sprint employees are very helpful! I would definitely recommend for great deals and great savings! The manager Anthony is amazing!
When I entered the store, Anthony was having a conversation with a young lady seated at the counter, as I wander to all the cases that were available. Not once was I offered assistance. As I left the store without help or a case, I told Anthony he was not going to sell much if he didn’t offer assistance to his customers. When I got in my car our eyes met, he gave me the finger. Very poor customer service. Zero respect for an older lady.
