Fantastic store and team! Very knowledgeable! Don’t believe the bad reviews, those are from the kiosk from another company that got shut down. It’s somehow merged.
I went into the store to upgrade, the rep Jackie was friendly and knowledgeable. She let me know about differences between the phones I was looking since I wasn’t sure. I went with the iPhone 11 and have to agree with her, it’s a great phone. Great store and staff!
A very friendly and welcoming sprint store! It took the manger Dakota Blankenship less than three minutes to figure out my problem and give me a solution, something four online representatives and two other sprint stores could not accomplish. I was immensely satisfied with my visit to this Sprint Store!
They sold me the wrong cell phone case. I took it back to return it. And they have a zero return policy. And there's no where the store do it says zero return policy . Even though they sold me the wrong case. Worst customer service ever.
It was time to upgrade or get new phones. Ethan and his team were professional and polite. Part of the reason I'm still with Sprint for nearly 5 years. Kudos! Even got my bill lower than it had been!
