After fighting with AT&T customer service via phone for hours, we went to this store. Even though there was nothing they could do for us, the staff was very nice and attentive. Thank you so much Bridget!nnStore was also very clean and had nicely distanced areas to help customers!

The lovely young lady was very patient with our purchases. I was however, very disappointed in the TINY selection of phones available. I like to be able to handle the display phones, check statistics and make informed choices. It was suggested to look them up online. Not happy about that.

Though some employees at this store have been very helpful and attentive there have been others who have been very dismissive. One told me that he would not even try to assist me with a problem unless I came to the store. I hadn't even explained the problem in detail to him.. A local bank worker was able to help me solve the problem. The fact that the att store employee wouldn't even try says a lot about the standard of service there.

I changed my review rating. I was more frustrated with myself than the help I received. The sales rep was very nice and truly tried to help me resolve my issues. It was a phone issue not a service issue and therefore I should have been talking to the phone manufacturer the whole time! I am glad I am an AT&T customer and hope to be for another 30 years! Shalom
