Horrible customer service at this branch each time that I come in. Eivi the branch assistant manager showed no concern for wanting to help with the issues I was having with my account nor did she have a friendly attitude. I was told if I was unhappy I could close my account. Will be closing my account and sticking with my main bank TD.
Very nice, patient to help me with electronic banking.
Poor service
I love this bank and all of the free products it offers when you open an account. The interest rates for checking and saving accounts are also a bonus
This Branch has the best customer service of all , Tellers look happy to be at work and The Branch Manager Silvia has alway a pleasant smile . Love to do my Banking at this Branch .. Keep up the Good work !!!
