82nd Milwaukee location we hopped in right at open 11am. Greeted with a smile and happy voice behind the mask. After a 12 hour graveyard this is a breath of fresh air. Server was expedient friendly and patient. Able to get a double margarita made right and 60 wings extra wet in under 20 min. Applause to the morning staff.
Waiter was very nice and training on his first day. Very nice guy and did very well. Thought maybe we would finally have a good experience at this location. NOPE. There was a miss understanding on a kids menu item at billing. Manager came out and did not care to listen. I advised the new employee/waiter that the kitchen staff and management would lose him much more tips than he can gain himself. I haven’t been to any of the other Lubbock locations in a while but would recommend trying one of those before this one. All 3 here are same franchise owners I believe but they cannot seem to get this one right. Good luck to the waiter, I was more impressed with him than the management there.
Won't b eat here anymore first I ask for ice tea got tea but no ice. I guess I had to pay extra for that the my wife's burger came out with mustard no mayo had black pepper and that's cause we ask for no black pepper and no mustard but wanted mayo. Then had to get up and go my own refills. So I won't here anymore on the one at 82st and brownfield hwy
We waited for a while before anyone realized we arrived but once seated we were taken care of. Food was great and service was excellent. We randomly stopped and glad we did during our trip home.
Food was fresh and delicious ud83dude0b. I ordered take out and the guy seem like he was just ready to go home he talked so low I couldn't understand what he was saying. Other than that it was good. Make sure you order ahead they take like 20 min to get your order ready.
