The only reason this store is getting 1 star is because I don’t have any other options. They were supposed to open at 11 and still have not shown up at 1130. Then when I did come back to shop they were extremely rude and hateful. I will not shop at this location again. My money is better spent on a company that cares about their customers.

Always clean and staff will always help you if needed and you can always count on some stuff being marked down
The only reason this store got one star is because I didn’t have a choice. The store was scheduled to open at 11am. No one showed up until 11:10am. My husband and kids were the second people in the store. . After about 15 minutes of shopping the woman working asked us if we were almost done because there was a line forming outside of the store. When we told her, we waited to enter so can they, she asked if we had read the sign on the door very snotty. Apparently only 2 per family were allowed in at a time. Yet she let a family of 6 in right behind us! Her whole approach was extremely unprofessional! Did we not look like we had the money to spend? As a manager of my own store, I refuse to support someone who chooses to treat paying customers so rudely and treat them as an inconvenience. There was definitely a more professional approach.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had the lady at the counter was very rude and hateful. She wouldn't sell me anything because I didn't have a mask after I've already went through the store and picked out 3 pairs of shoes. I got to the counter and she wouldn't let me pay for them and kicked me out and said I could never come back. I dont know how this store will stay in business. It's okay though I went to hibbits down the road and they gladly took my money and they said that they get 5 customers in a day complaining about that lady. So go to hibbits instead
