They have a blue lives matter flag and the tables are not clean :( never again

Good food and kept my drink full. What more do I want. So I went back the next day for a to-go order and I have to change my review. They made me wait 10 minutes while my food was ready for bread then they come up to me and tell me that they have been waiting 10 minutes for bread and I said I don't need the bread I would like my food hot. So they give me the food and I get home and it is Stone Cold. I never got the bread

First let me commend the staff at this fine establishment for always making me feel at home. The food always arrives to my clean table expeditiously and with a smile. If you’re not coming here between 3-6 to get your grub on i would highly recommend it. They have awesome specials buddies! Other than that the food is delicious. The cooks are top notch. Even the manager checked on me one time to make sure I was good. It’s is the little things that make a big difference. Keep up the great work. I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

My husband and I stopped to have dinner at Logan’s steak house. We got seated right away but we waited for 30 minutes before my husband asked to speak to the manager, she was very helpful and got us a new table because our table was not set right on the leg frame. My husband decided to keep the same waitress and it was fine with me. Our waitress Jessica did a good job but she was just overwhelmed (I believe) and was trying to rush with tables and I understand we aren’t the only persons who went to Logan’s steak house for dinner but come on she took our drink order wrong the bartender had to bring us our drinks and the waitress took order drink order wrong, our food was burnt and had no flavor not even the cinnamon apple had flavor I ate more corn then steak SMDH! Oh to top it off we were seeing people who came in before us leaving and yet we still didn’t have our food served It took 2 and a half hours just to get our dinner served UGH SMDH......nWe will never come back to this Logan’s Steak House Location (we live in San Antonio Tx) Even thought we didn’t have a good dinner like we expected it too be the manager and waitress did there best to keep me husband and I happy but unfortunately we are 2 unhappy customers.nThank you for your service I hope y’all have a wonderful night.
