The lady working here is so sweet! She greeted us with a big smile and a hello as soon as we walked in the door. She was very helpful with my return and made it extremely easy. We will definitely be back!
Great store--friendly, helpful staff. Was able to easily return an item I'd ordered on-line, and then bought a nice shirt and pair of boots. Excellent, wide selection of Western boots, and much more. Will definitely return again, now that I know that you are close by, relatively ;-)
I love the Boot Barn. They have a pretty good selection . I would love to see them get a better stock in clothing . But their staff is very nice. I go there at least once a month.
Got what I was looking for Kyle did a great job helping me find what I needed.
Probably one of the worst shopping experiences at a brick and mortar that I have had in a long time. Originally my wife and I went looking for boots for her, but when we didn't find anything I started to browse for myself. After trying on 3 different pairs the employees were too busy chatting amongst themselves to help. So I found something that I liked and ordered it online. Amazing that you can walk around a store of that size and not even be greeted by any staff, let alone see if you need any help.
