I'm really dissatisfied with the transfer of my phone and that my new phone does not link to any bluetooth, I am not receiving all my text messages, and I'm missing a lot of information!!!! Not happy!!

I absolutely loved my service today!! Aliza & Shawn at the Clearfield, Utah store were SO AMAZING to my mother and I! They did so much for my mom to ensure she could get her phone taken care of and that everything worked out for us! I am so happy with their customer service skills!! Wonderful people
