After posting the following review, Hannah from Lifetime contacted me and made things right. Not only did I receive the part at no charge customer service spoke to my wife and had another part for back up (just a different color). I was really impressed at the effort that was put in to make this situation right! I’m so glad because I really want some Lifetime coolers!! Haha
So the name of the company is called Lifetime, my metal swing set (the welds) broke after only 3 years. I called customer service and had to pay $100 for a new part. For starters, how after only 3 years they won’t replace the part for free? So I order the part and went to pick it up on a Saturday and arrived at the store at 12:15 pm to find out that the parts area closes at noon.... on Saturday? Why even open that day at all!?! So 4 days later (today) I called customer service to verify the part was able to be picked up and the my wife could go get it. (We live an hour away). The customer service rep said that everything was good to pick up. My wife drove out to pick up the part, only to be told the part was on BACK ORDER!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!? This company is a joke! I will NEVER buy anything from Lifetime again!!!!
Had a warranty concern with my new shed and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Lifetime warranty representative confirmed my issue and sent me the replacement part I needed without hesitation for free with free shipping. I would recommend their products to anyone just on the account of how they handled my warranty concern.
Overall happy with the product and the company!
I work at this place and all I can say is my coworkers and supervisors are really great people who look out for each other. Great job opportunities and awsome products.
Lifetime Products is a real wholesome family oriented organization if you want products to make it fun for your family and turn your backyard into a playground to go kayaking to do anything there is no better manufacturer than life time they promote safety security.
