Boat was delayed sitting 3 weeks at the shop before it was out even after scheduling appointment a month in advance. The shop is able to look at engines and repairs but they do not do water tests. This is a huge issue because many problems show when the boat is on the lake that cannot be detected in dry conditions. Namely we had a cooling water leak that we immediately detected in the lake after the boat "checked out" from the shop and also a reduced power issue that only showed when the boat is in the water. Looking at our experience I wouldnt use any shops that dont do basic waterborn tests.
Little shop, but a big inventory. Great folks, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Don't mind the clutter - they'll get you what you need.
You will be working right with the owners to get a great deal on jet skis and boats. We've bought several from these guys in the past and every time is a great experience. They always let you know where you can save money and when each deal is happening. We plan to keep coming back each time we are looking for a new machine. These guys are amazing!
Awesome customer service! They also had my boat in and out very quickly! I will be using them every time!
