This review is for your employee ALEXIS!!! I called several locations looking for “The Bouviers” Marge, Patty, & Selma Vans for my fiancé who is a huge Simpsons fan. I called these Vans stores; Hulen, Ridgmar, The Parks Mall, The Galleria, Mesquite and not a SINGLE one of them offered to help me find the shoes. I also called stores that sell Vans shoes to find this specific pair, and I had no luck. :(nnFinally, I called this location and got Alexis on the phone and she offered to call around for me. Not even 5 minutes later she called back and told me what location had them! She really outshines her peers and offers fantastic above and beyond customer service. I am beyond grateful for her help because something that already took hours she helped me with in just a few minutes. Thank you Alexis!!! :D you really made my day and I’m so grateful!!
