I truly wish I can spell her name correctly.nKahliah was the SWEETEST person I have ever met at a Finish Line.nI already knew what style I was looking for and I described it to her and she came THRU!!!nNot only did she find me a perfect pair of shoes, SHE GOT ME FOR 2 PAIRS. And I only got the second one was because of how convincing and considerate she was! She made sure I didn’t spend over my budget and left with more than what I was looking for!nIt amazes me she was patient with my crazy a$#, I was talking her head off but she didn’t let me forget why I went in.nIdk who needs to see this, (corporate), but y’all need to get her on her classes to move up ASAP y’all don’t want to lose someone like that. Only reason I’m going hard on this review is because I came in that mall in a bad mood and her customer service changed that all around!
Unprofessional customer service, cashier who initiated my return was less than polite and displayed such a negative attitude. Not only was she disrespectful to me, but her manager as well. Rather than doing a return, I asked for a full refund. The store is also filthy. The worst... I went to Champs received amazing customer service and bought the same shoes at a cheaper price.
Rude workers , stuck up. Especially all managers . Need new management team.
Great deals! Great selection of shoes. Paul was a great associate and really offered a lot of help. I'll definitely come back because of Paul's service.
Came in to get a pair of shoes obviously, was instantly greeted with a smile by Mekhi! He was great showed me around each shoe brand and really had knowledge about the shoes. Ended up buying two pairs from the guy.! Keep up the great work
