Super rude and unprofessional. Did not pay us any attention and only sat people they know. Had tables reserved for their friends only. Charges us 20$ entrance fee and then didn’t even seat us! We went to another hookah lounge down the street, Picasso’s Hookah and were welcomed and treated like a priority. No entrance fee just good hookah and vibes. Go there!! Don’t waste your time here

It's $12 for byob. Look at your ticket because they charge you without telling you anything. We were not told about any additional charges or what you're pa0ying for. We were charged twice for a tab. Horrible service!!!! Ill be going to Luxxe from now on where I know what I am being charged for up front and only once.
