I was alerted by Pet Supplies Plus that there had been a recall on a brand of dog food that I had bought at their store. I did not have my receipt or all of the packaging (because I had already started feeding it to my dog) but they gave me a full credit without any problem. I certainly appreciated how easy they made this transaction and helped me find some other dog food to replace the recalled brand. Thank you.
The team members here are always so friendly, particularly the young man that was working this past Thursday evening 02/25/2021. Such a great personality. I love the availability and the selection. The store is big enough but not overwhelming.
The Pet Supplies Plus in Hurst is really great. I have my supplies delivered and they are always spot on. I also go to the store every so often and they are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to all the staff there!
Very nice employees, everyone was helpful and nice. They have great sales and a good selection. I enjoy shopping her for my dog.they even broke up my cheek stick into a few pieces, I thought it was a nice gesture.
