So happy I found this hidden gem!!! Do not be fooled by the outside appearance. This place goes on for ever with so many tanks.nnThe young lady that assisted me was the greatest sales person I have encountered in a long time. I will most certainly be making a trip back here in the future.

Horrible customer service!!! Drove an hour out here... The kids working were nice but the owner was on the cash register. We came in to buy 50 fish for our pond. Got to the register and there were only 30 in the bag. They recounted them, then, when we were right about it only being 30, instead of just getting us a few more, which was all we wanted, he freaked out in front of the other customers and refused to sell to us!! Said we were accusing them of being dishonest and we were being disrespectful for not wanting to pay for 50 (when they were 20 short). We were being so nice and just trying to explain that we wanted the full amount etc and he was completely belligerent. So strange!! I've never encountered such weirdness.

Very clean shop and very healthy fish. Nice selection of pond plants/fish too, not just for aquariums! Great prices, fully stocked inventory and knowledgeable staff. We love our weekly trips to Keller Farms and visiting all the fishies

Lots of varieties of fish. You can find all kinds of tropical fish here. They have well managed and clean place. They love to help their customers. The price is little high but all the fish are healthy. You can find all the foods and equipments too. This will be my first go to place to buy anything for my aquarium.

Pretty cool collections of freshwater and a small collections of saltwater fishes. I really like the idea of the store but didn’t really get to look around much. Without the owner (I believe) keep asking you every second. “You going to buy it or what?” Looks like a family run store. The kids did not really look too happy helping out the customers either. For as the wife of the store would just sit there and give no helps at all. I would love to come back but I would say this is the worst customer service I received at a fish store.
