Good food and service.nUpdate: Emily was our server tonight and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of appropriately. Certain orders did not make it on time but she handled the situation appropriately. Also, the manager came to the table to make sure everything was handled. Service and food was great from the whole team. I rarely say this but I would contribute a sixth star for how great the customer service was.

I can not belive had bad BJ's has gotten. Food not coming out wright, making mistakes one after the other. My mothers birthday meal came out under cooked. Haven't been there in awhile, not sure i want to go back.

Check your curbside order VERY carefully before heading for home. We placed an order for 4 meals on a Sunday afternoon. Several items were missing when we unpacked the bags at home. Missing items included entrée sides for two meals and dessert components. We called location and they wanted us to come back to location (30 minute round trip) to pick up the missing items. In the meantime the meal, which was ordered as a birthday celebration meal. would have become cold. Not the best solution. Asked GM to call me to on Monday to discuss as they were out. It is 10 days later and we have not heard from them.

Service is key and was on point! The Chips and Salsa is a great starter the salsa has a delicious flavor, chips are light and crisp. The BBQ Brisket Bacon Cheddar Burger cooked medium (my choice) sits in my top 5 burgers, I need say no more.

The food was great as always. But the thing that warranted the time for me to rate this experience was the phenomenal service by Shay. (Forgive me if I misspelled her name.) So personable amd attentive. I hope to get her again.nnP.S...BJ's Management, please give Shay a raise!
