Was there for dinner on a Saturday 6pm. No wait since we sat at the bar. Bartender was a good server. The food was not good at all. We had not been to Olive Garden in a while; disappointed on this visit. Calamari was good. Bread sticks were cold and hard. Salad was drenched in dressing. We ordered the Tour of Italy. Chicken parmigiana was tasteless, cardboard texture. Fettuccine was dry and tough. Lasagna was best thing on plate. It will be awhile before we go again.

I'm not a big Olive Garden eater BUT the food was good. My husband really enjoyed it. Maybe I should have chosen a different dish.nnI upped my stars from 3 to 4. You asked us to try you again. We did the the food was much better. Thank you.

Service was the worst I have ever had and the food had a lot to be desired

For the most part we had a great experience. The salad was great and of course we had our server put a ton of cheese on it. My wife had a really good Italian margarita and salmon for her entree. I had spaghetti with meat sauce, mushrooms and meatballs. While it was good I could have done with a little more sauce to pasta ratio. Our server was great. She was friendly and very attentive. My tea glass never went dry.

First I want to state that the food was great.nn9-14-20:nWould not take my order over the phone, they made me go and order in person and wait 20 minutes for my food instead of ordering on the phone so the food would be ready by the time I got there. Have a really tight schedule as is and they made it take more time than it should have taken.nn1-11-20:nI was there Saturday January 11th for lunch. When I went in I saw 2 homeless people across the street & wanted to get the both a warm meal since they were out in the cold. I asked our server if we could get the $5 take home meals that they offer with their entrees, but I asked him if we could get them warm and he said it shouldn't be a problem. When we were done we chose the meals we wanted to get for them. Again I asked if we could get them warm and our server said, let me see what I can do. He came back and said we could only get them cold. He said we could warm it up once we got home so we explained why we needed them ready to eat and his response was, I can't help you with that.nUnfortunately I did not ask to speak with a manager.nnI was very disappointed. I'm sure he could, but refused. Next time I would say, just do what the customer is requesting.
