Not bad food for a chain. Biscuits were great and fresh and the service was good. Not completely impressed with the fried shrimp at all. Of course it is a chain but really expected a seafood place to have better quality fried shrimp. Overall not bad though.

We frequent this restaurant at times and it is not always consistent. Sometimes it’s great. Sometimes, like tonight my medium steak came out rare. No butter for my lobster. Waiting for things to be made right leaves me with cold food. My daughters didn’t eat their food because something was wrong with theirs as well. Lots of negative but like I say there are times they execute delivering a great meal. We’ll go back. Just means we also go to other seafood places to even things out.

Went in to order for carry out tonight. Absolutely wonderful staff , did not disappoint. The server, Jose was very kind and professional . Reasonable time,nless than 15 min. When we got home , everything was packed perfectly and still very fresh . I must say, very happy customer and pleased with our order and everything was magically delicious! We will definitely will be back. Red Lobster standards have not changed , seems to be better each time!

You know, I can't win the lottery but I am rich in other ways. Long story short... my table was ready in a snap, my dinner was cooked to perfection and the service was superb. Rich I am... Our server( my apologies cause his name escapes me. Table 612 at8:31 pm) double fist bump bro. Thank you and thank you Red Lobster. Rich indeed.

Our server was okay but the food just didn't meet our expectations. Small lobster tails, skimpy crab legs and rubbery broiled shrimp. Red Lobster is a seafood restaurant so I would expect them to serve quality seafood. Everything has gone up in price since we were last there (which was maybe 6 months ago). I get that it's probably due to the pandemic but with an increase in prices should also come an increase in service and quality.nnAlso, we sat in a booth right next to the window. The blinds were dusty and had dried cocktail sauce or ketchup (I assume) on them. One of the servers decided to open the blinds at the booth next to us and then asked if he could opens ours. We agreed and as he pulled the blind up dust flew everywhere! There was also a bunch of crud (old food, dust, dead bugs, etc.) in the window sills. Gross! With tip we spent somewhere around $117 for two adults and a child. That may not be a lot to you but it's a lot to us because we worked hard for that $117.
