I was so nervous because I didn’t think I was going to find my dress at all. I made sure I did my style profile days before going in the store for my appointment. When I arrived from my appointment my Stylist Renae was well prepared she ran everything by me that I needed to know and also let me know everything we were going to be doing today. She listened to my request on what type of dresses I liked and also showed me some samples based on my style profile. Within the first 3 dresses I tried on I found my dress and my shoes that I’m wearing on my big day. I appreciate Renae so much and I thank her for being patient with me and my goofy bridesmaids. We had a great time and she made sure I was squared away with everything before I left. Ladies if you need a stylist please request Renae Bowman she is the sweetest, funniest, and caring stylist I could ever come across. Thank you again Renae I appreciate you.
Returned to the Arlington store to look for bridesmaid dresses after a positive experience buying my wedding dress a month prior. We had an appointment and Michelle helped us out. She was very knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. She gave us advice and found dresses that were fitting to my taste. After one stop, I picked the dress for my bridesmaids. Callie helped me find my Wedding Gown today! She was kind, so helpful and made the entire process wonderful. She was able to read my style, pick gowns that were flattering to my body style and also beautiful. I never would have picked the Gown I chose off the shelf, but Callie knew!nThe rest of the staff was also as kind as could be, and cheered for the 3 brides that found their gowns while I was there.nI could not be more thankful for such a perfect experience-it was EXACTLY what a bride dreams of when picking a dress. This location has FANTASTIC customer service. I was so anxious about my wedding dress and went to this location twice. Each time I went in, I was met with incredibly understanding and patient consultants and managers. They were so supportive and let me take my time to find what I really loved. I finally ended up finding THE dress last night. I am so incredibly thankful for everyone there!
I had an appointment with Nicole, I just want to say THANK YOU and YOU ARE SO AMAZING. I felt super great, she was amazing and help me throughout the process of getting my perfect dress. I got it in less than an hour and that's absolutely amazing considering that I'm marrying in a month, so my options were very limited.nGreat please and I super recommend the customer services.
