This store is simply amazing. The clothes are so beautiful and the associates working there are always a pleasure.
They were beyond helpful!! I was very pleased with my experience. Very attentive, polite, and accommodating.
I only gave it two stars because they were the only Torrid store in the area that had the Leopard off the shoulder bodysuit. Usually I drive to the Torrid at the Boardwalk in Bossier City, LA. This Tyler store did not have a very inviting atmosphere. I called the night before, and spoke with Emma, she was very sweet, and helpful, and placed the bodysuit on hold for me. I gave them a courtesy call to let them know I was leaving Longview, and I was on my way to pick up my hold. The chick that answered the phone was not friendly at all. I will not be driving back to this store. I will stick to the Boardwalk. My visit was on 11/07/2020 @ 11:30am
