Overheard who I assume is the manager (older guy with an iPad) tell another associate to spend less time helping customers. Shocking that someone would say that, especially when she was just trying to give good customer service. I know it’s a little busy but seriously??
Walked in with my daughter looking for shoes for me. No greeting. Found a pair that I was interested in but they were up on higher shelves. Turned to get help. Two people in storee shirts pricing product, one on the floor, one at register. Neither looked up from their work. We left. I like the brand but I'll purchase online or go to Dallas to get my shoes.
I really liked the store and selections. The prices were good, and the shoes just what I was looking for.
I usually like Skechers store, but today they wouldn’t let me and my husband in because we didn’t have masks to put on. I understand being careful during Covid 19 crisis, but I didn’t feel like that was right. We went to academy instead and found much better deals. Women’s Skechers for only $20.00!!! I also got a pair of adidas originally $99 for only &49!! Bonus!!
It was a nice enough shoe store but the prices were pretty high to be a factory outlet. I don't think s saw a pair of shoes for less than $60. The clearance section was marked down and the store offers buy one and get one half price... But that's still not a deal at all from a $60 base price.
