I went last Friday to find some jeans for myself and boots for my kids. I only had one gentleman help me find boots for my kids. Once I went to find jeans, no one would help me. I have lost a good amount of weight and kept looking for someone to assist me in finding the right size. I even had a blonde lady that worked there walk away to help someone who was across the store the moment I tried to get her attention. When asked for a changing room I was rudely told to find an empty one. The only time I noticed anyone around me was when they they were making sure I wasn’t stealing. I ended up buying jeans that are 2 sizes to big and refuse to go back to exchange after feeling like I was not wanted. I prefer to be out a couple hundred dollars then having people treat my children and I like we are not wanted. Not worth the hour drive at all.

I was shopping with my daughter and I needed some help even though it was super busy there was a young lady that helped us out without hesitation. Sidney helped us find the right size pants and boots. Thanks again for the great customer service.

It is always our first place to shop, for anything and everything!nThey back everything they sell. Even if you order online; everything is guaranteed 100%! (These are just a few things I’ve bought recently, in the photos below.)n“Red Dirt Hat Company,” is a locally & family owned business.nAnother reason to shop at Cavender’s! They are always supporting other local & family owned businesses!nI definitely recommend Cavender’s Boot City. There’s literally something for everyone here!nIt’s not just for cowboys anymore!

No plus size selection. Big girls want to look nice too. Like only 5 pair of jeans 18+ in the whole store.
