First of all the customer service was unbeatable. ...Adrianna was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Went to get my Mother a pair of shoes for Christmas and left with 2 pair. SAS has came a long way ... new fresh styles and still the classic ones offered for the long term customers. Will definitely make that trip again!
After attempting to buy shoes online, today I went to the S.A.S. Factory Outlet in Tyler, Texas. To my surprise, when the wonderful clerk measured my feet, my right was a whole size larger that my left. She listened carefully to my shoe-buying woes and was indefatigable about working with me to search for shoes that really fit. Eventually, we came up with two pairs that I brought home. I appreciated the close attention paid to my needs and will not hesitate to return.

My Mom turned 100 today and got a free pair of comfortable shoes. Sales clerk was so helpful and kind.
Pricey shoes and not very stylish, but they are extremely comfortable and last for a very long time. One pair I own is over ten years old and I wear them several times a week..nThey still look nice and show very little wear. Their shoes are a great investment in comfort.
