Took an old friend of mine to Aspen Creek Grill for lunch so we could catch up. Although busy, the low noise level in this restaurant allows us to carry on a conversation over a meal. Heaven, our waitress this trip, provided a great dining experience. Very attentive to our needs but not overbearing at all. Our meals were excellent. I opted for the pow wow shrimp appetizer as my lunch and the portion size was quite adequate. My friend opted for the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. He raved about his meal. Without hesitation, I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great assortment of entree choices and sides to go with (or without for my vegan friends) them. Kudos Aspen Creek for a nice dining experience at a very reasonable price.
We went to a different steakhouse yesterday and walked out without even getting our food. We came to Aspen today and had the best experience I have ever had. I had the best well done steak I have ever eaten. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive to our wants and needs. The prices were fair for what you order. I just moved here from Indiana and will be returning here for my steak cravings from now on!

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place. Yesterday was not so good. Our waitress only came to check on us twice. It took 40 minutes to bring out our food & people that where seated after us got there food. My daughter & I both had salmon & sweet tea for the drinks. The waitress brought my daughter a refill but not me & she said she didn’t know I needed a refill. My glass was empty & I was crunching on the ice!!! I asked for a to go box after 5 minutes of getting our food. I understand that they were short handed but our treatment yesterday was trash.
One of the Best places in town and a hidden Gem in Tyler!nnRate 5 stars in all these...Excellent service, tasty fresh food in Big portions, variety, prices are excellent. No matter what your in the mood for seafood, steak, chicken, etc this place has it all and I’ve gone several times and everything is very tasty and fresh.nnVery nice staff and quality service!
