The owner was very busy trying to do a run, but still took the time to pour us flights, share some info, and checked on us several times. Great quality spirits, we especially enjoyed the bourbons and the gin. The Scotch-barrel aged rum was very interesting as well. We were also able to taste the just-bottled Chartreuse. The location is unassuming, but would be a favorite place to hang out of we weren't just in visiting the area. Purchased two bottles to bring home.
What an exceptional space with top quality refreshments! The owner, Nathan, has a remarkable story for how and why he’s devoted his life to distilling the finest whiskey in Texas. This was far and away the best distillery I have been to, with not only outstanding spirits, but also an exceptional and personal experience with the owner/distiller. I would recommend the tasting or even just a drink or two to anyone visiting or living in the Corpus Christi area. 10/10.
