Went to Wrentham outlet store and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Lisa was just simply awesome. She helped me out by ordering 4 pair of shoes since my size was not in stock. Highly recommend her!
The staff is awesome! I have some tracking questions regarding an order I placed two weeks ago, to which I lost the original receipt. With the limited information I was able to provide to the staff, she managed to locate my order. I am sure she had to go though tons of transactions. Really appreciate her spirit of digging-to-the-bottom!
What's great deals, the customer service is fantastic. The only thing is that it's tough to find your size in what you are looking for. I guess you just need to get lucky. But I love Clark's!!!
Lost a family of customers FOREVERnI specifically asked for walking shoes that would get heavy city walking use for a tripnI used the shoes for 2 days and they were so uncomfortable I had to switch to my backup flatsnI returned them and was charged a “wear” chargenI asked how I was to know they were uncomfortable if i didn't wear them?nI was told they had to be worn INSIDE the house.nSo wear your Clarks inside people!nApparently they don't have faith in their product to be confident you’ll be satisfied.
Love Clark's shoes. Most of their shoes I tried on are very comfortable. Last trip to this store found a great pair of ankle boots for a great price. Stuff is very friendly.
