If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If I could give it negative stars, I would. After a couple minutes of walking around, I noticed I was being watched carefully although no one came up to help me...yes, I believe this is exactly what is implied. When I went to check out; the manager became extremely rude when I politely asked a simple question and told me to “calm down” when all I did was repeat my question. This situation paints Guess in a totally different light to me and I will not be returning to this location, or any at all.
The manager at this store was extremely rude to us after we asked one simple question at the register. I work in customer service so I know when customers are being rude and a rude response back is warranted, but we POLITELY only asked one question, so there was no reason for her to be mean to us. It was our first time there and we will for sure not be going back at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Some good finds in here but I couldn't try on the clothes in the dressing room. Locked due to covid-19.
I had a very bad and uncomfortable experience with guess and with the manager. The whole experience felt racially charged and terrible. They were watching me the whole time and then when i went to paid they acted like I couldn’t afford it. If you are a minority I would not recommend this store. Guess is not that good of a brand to put up with that type of mistreatment.
