Very responsive to my needs
They have excellent customer service and friendly staff. They have gone above and beyond for my fence system several times in getting it repaired and ensuring my pet was safe. If you're in the market for a pet containment perimeter you can't go wrong with Invisible Fence.
They are awesome....never have any other kind of fence
We have large dogs. When we moved into this house the wooden fence was old and several times one of our dogs broke through into the neighbor's yard. One neighbor has large dogs and the other neighbor has cats. We replaced the old wooden fence with a new one, but one of the dogs was constantly trying to dig under the new fence. Invisible fence installed their wire along the new fence, now our dogs stay 2-3 feet away from the fence. We can let them out into the back yard and not have to worry about the one dog trying to dig out.
My Invisible Fence is truly WONDERFUL It has made my life and my two Chihuahuas lives a lot happier. Pee Wee will STOP about one foot from the fence and Cinnamon will STOP 3 feet away. I can now cross the street to the mailbox and they NEVER get out in the street anymore. They love going into the front yard a lot more than the back yard which is about three times bigger. Both of my doggies just like to be where they can see the neighbors (and of course bark at them) as they walk down the street. Also when I open the front door for a delivery package, they will NOT run away. I love telling everybody how much it has made my life easier, happier, and safer.
