I went today on 12/29/20 to buy my first Redwing boots. And upon arrival I was greeted professionally. And given real good information about the boots that I was about to purchase. The store was really clean and had lots of Variety of red wing boots. I will definitely be coming back either for boots , socks , wallets , belts . Or anything I will be needing for work purposes. Highly recommend this place . Also can’t beat a pair of boots that are made in America by Americans .
Horrible selection no shoes in my size no matter what I picked out. That’s the 4th trip over a 3 month span. Sadly will not go for another and waste my gas.
The lady was very helpful it was fast and I got to go right back home.

Refuse to give me warranty on defective boots, they said that this will be my 3 time exchanging boots, its not the same boot, over the lapse of 6 years I have bought several pairs and have to get the warranty for different defects, its not like its the same one, then I was blamed for getting water inside a waterproof work boot, I spend $216 every time I get a pair I was expecting better quality and customer service.
