The sale associate was very pleasant to all the customers. My complaint was that she was not wearing her mask 1/2 the time. She was directly talking and helping customers without it on. At the register, she would take it off. She was still within reaching distance. I did not feel comfortable shopping there.
I just walked in and there was 2 Associates speaking pretty loud and yes about there store at the beginning when I walked in and neither one acknowledged me. A few minutes later, a family walked in and they did greeted them. I passed by they just continued talking to each other. I was in the back when another Associate came from the back and also did not ask if I’m doing ok. All 3 u could say ignored me. I know I was there way more then 10 minutes less or more. I work so many years as a customer service and definitely know how to treat clients!! As I was walking out, I said, “did y’all notice that neither one of you 3 acknowledge me at all” and the Associate that was in back of the register with glasses said, “ Well it’s been so slow”.....(in my mind I was like wow, what a professional response). So I said, it does not matter, in which, my response should have been, so that’s a better reason to serve your customer better!! And I’m not over exaggerating of the details. Even the Associate that had walked out from the back was on the same row I was at and trying on shoes in front of me. So obviously, the MOD was there and didn’t care to apologize.
