The store is amazing, the products they carry is pretty good for the price point. Mj the store manager is a people's person, she goes above and beyond for the customers
I was incensed today when the cashier told me they don't issue bags anymore and if I wanted a bag I could buy one for $.90. When I objected he spat out that he didn't make the rules and then started singing and dancing, no care at all for the customer inconvenience. I think it is shifty customer service on the part of Aldo to not provide bags to paying customers. I won't ever shop there again!!!!!
Customer service is outstanding. I saw the bad reviews left by people, but I didn't experience that today. The saleswoman was friendly and honest. She helped me my shoes fitting with comfort, and was upfront about returning a pair which I had a discount for.
Aldo is one of my favorite store. The staffs were so helpful and cheerful. I will love to go back.100% for the staffs and good stuffs
The sales lady is so helpful! Very friendly staff! I absolutely love their shoes!!!
