The customer service here...IMMACULATE! Literally a chefs kiss! The way the ladies are so hands on, helpful, & friendly upon walking in is amazing! Love coming here & love that they have same day delivery for me on the days I just don’t feel like leaving the house! Special thanks to Erin, today she helped me so much with making the final decision on the food I’m going to be transitioning my puppy to & gave me tips on the best way to transition. I sincerely hope that the owner & managers shows their appreciation to their staff because they deserve it & are always there with an attitude of loving their jobs. That’s not something so common!

Love this store! Pamela, the manager, told me about Hollywood Feed before she moved here from Arkansas. They were brand new to Houston. We started shopping at the one in Katy and was so excited when they opened one closer to us in Sugar Land! Wiggles thinks it’s super convenient to get her raw dog food from here. And it’s on a frequent feeder, so eventually, we get a free bag.nnTheir customer service is like no other. If you go in the store they know you by name and they treat you like you’re part of the family. The entire staff at the Sugar Land location is so knowledgeable and will definitely help you find the right stuff for your petss! Whether it be to pick up our regular stock of dog food or find the newest and best treats and toys, they’ve got your back!nnThe second best part is their same day delivery service. It has helped Wiggles and I so much during these COVID-19 times and having to work from home. They are like super ninjas and get it to your door quicker than you can even have time to think about it. They even include personalized notes on their deliveries that makes it feel even more special!nnIf I could give them 100 stars, I would. Hollywood Feed IS a Different Breed!

Staff is super friendly I love that i can walk.in and know that no matter what i get for my dog she will be healthy and have plenty of no toxic options to choose from be it dog food snacks bones toys. Hollywood feed is amazing
