Our waitress Jessica was very nice but the tables and areas around the tables were very dirty. The hostess had to clean off the tables of the 2 families ahead of us in line and our table, she didn't do that good of a job cleaning our table either. I think they either need more employees or better management. We should be able to walk in and immediately have a clean table ready for customers and have a clean area around the table (example windows, touch screen kiosk, etc.)

We were cordial and called ahead as it was approximately 1 hour before close to ensure if we came in we would be served, we were informed yes it would not be a problem after arriving the host went to clean a table for us, but upon returning to the host stand seated the party whom had just walked In at the table hee “just cleaned” for our party before us (we had been waiting between 5-10 minutes) without explanation then proceeded to tell us we would have to wait an additional 20 minutes or so for a table (when the restaurant closed in 40) because of staffing issues. We inquired if we could possibly sit at the bar and were also told no. Very dissatisfied with the lack of explanation for the other party being seated instead of us, if he would have just communicated why they were taken before us I would not have been so upset (they sat 3 people at a table that would have held out party that had been waiting).

It was excellent! Got the fajita trio of chicken, shrimp and beef w/ rice- beans and all the fixings and was way plenty to share between two people. Their hot sauce was fantastic. Our waiter was awesome and I was very pleased because I was VERY hungry and it was fast too!

I’ve never left a bad review before but the customer service here isn’t good. On Feb 15 we called the restaurant and there was a recording saying we are open for dine in, take out and delivery. Proceeded to place an order online for nearly $50.00 including tip. Turns out the restaurant was closed for the winter storm expected to come that night. So I checked my bank account thinking it wouldn’t post, but it did. I call the restaurant and a manager, Wendy, assured me the general manager is refunding everyone who placed orders that day and to give it a few days. I gave it over a week, no refund. I call Wendy back. She seems surprised and said she will email her general manager again and get back with me but to expect my refund within a couple days. It has now been almost a month and she, nor anyone, has ever called me or refunded money to my bank account. I feel it is very unprofessional to not follow up with a customer who spent $50 with no food or refund. When the local manager assures a customer she will fix something, she should at a minimum call and follow up. Still nothing.
