As much as I love the food there, you all have raised the entree prices by $5.25!!!! Your fish n chips, which I love went from $12.00 to $17.25. I mean they're good but what makes them worth $5.25 more? Same with the wings, pot pie and everything else! My gosh, you're drunken chops went from $16.00 to $27.60??? Unless something has been added to the food to improve it, such a dramatic increase in prices doesn't seem justifiable.

I walk in had nobody greet me. I had to walk to the patio and ask the server (who was chatting to a patron) if it was okay to sit at one of the patio tables. She said yes and continued chatting instead of seating me.nI waited 8 min before I got fed up of watching her chat, so I moved to the bar. The bartender did the same thing at took 5 min to acknowledge me.nnThe food was just okay, nothing to write home about... even more disappointing when your food arrives before you drink and you’re sitting at the bar. The “twisted” old fashion wasn’t great, way to sweet with to much ice that watered it down. Bartender ignored me most of the time while she chatted with her “regulars”. I watched her pour multiple drink for other (including those who arrived after me) and chat and have fun. I left 20% but very disappointed... wish I could have received the same service.

I had AMAZING experience at brick house. My server was Ambar, she was so sweet and attentive. I will most certainly be back.nnThe Manager Tyson even stopped by the table to chat and make sure my meal was perfect.nn10/10 will be back!!!

My first time to this location. My waiter was terrible.nnFirst.. he didn't place my order for appetizer. The burger came out...and no appetizer.nI told him to forget it.nnMy glass was empty more than it had fluid in it.nnThe burger was supposed to me medium and came out well done.nI added bacon and when it came out; only 1 piece.nnDisappointed. Mostly in the service.nTaking forever to get my check.nDallas locations are so much better.nnAt the end, the waiter had enough common sense to have the manager comp my appetizer.nnAwesome mozzarella sticks.
