Honestly I would go to this location over any other location in Houston any day but lately the service has gone downhill. On 3/16 I waited a whole hour for a table for 5. I walked inside to find out how much longer, to my surprise there were alot of tables empty and to make matters worse, when we got seated... they sat us at a table right next to another one... I could understand they would take so long if they were social distancing but they were not. If you go here and they tell you there is a 45 min plus wait, I would recommend to check on that table every 5 to 10 minutes since they won't send the text to let you know when there is a table ready and they will readily skip you in line.
Haven't been here in a while but I remember it being great. Servers are always nice and fast. Food is top notch. I live about 10 minutes away but would still come here if I lived a 100 miles away.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, for the price and the selection of excellent sauces, you really can't beat the price. However, the service is notoriously bad, consistently regardless of location. I try to avoid game days or other instances when they'd be packed, but even at lunch service they are quite slow.
