Wonderful local family restaurant that has excellent food AND service. Whenever my husband and I have family and friends come to town, we'll always recommend that they go and eat a meal. Or, if we're looking for a nice date night spot, they're always top of the list. Warm, friendly, staff and excellent live entertainment (outside of COVID times of course).
First time here and it was awesome. Service was top notch. Food was incredible in taste, quality and presentation. They are doing a fabulous job at social distancing by using only every other table. We will return soon.
Four of us stopped here for dinner after a golf outing. What a great meal! We each had a delicious side salad, nothing special in it but it was all fresh. I had the filet with bearnaise sauce served with potatoes and butternut squash. My son had the steak tips. One person had the turkey dinner and the other has the special, baked haddock with a couple baked shrimp on the top. No complaints from anyone, everybody enjoyed their meals.nOur waitress was nice and friendly. We all agreed we would not hesitate to come back and have dinner at the Lafayette House again.
I had an amazing in this restaurant. We loved the amazing vibes and the menu. The waiters are very friendly. I am happy we ultimately decided to try this restaurant.
Got take out for thanksgiving from here and the food was great. Pricing was reasonable and it all tasted delicious.
