This issue worst TD branch I have ever been to. First off the staff is incredibly rude. They will roll their eyes behind the counter and hang up on phone calls without answering the question. Additionally you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes for the atm because it is in the same lane as the drive through service. Cars leave consistently instead of waiting. This is a disappointment compared to some of the other local branches (Foxboro) that have offered adequate banking.
Visited this location to make a deposit and was shocked at how rude the staff was behind the desk before I was even able to make my deposit. So I walked out. Just terrible.
Staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient.
Worst bank ever I have never had to wait so long for my money you deposit a check drawn out of their bank and it takes a couple days to clear that’s not logical they freeze your card without notice absolutely insane have no idea why I opened another account with them regretting it yet again
I used to like TDBank alot compare to other famous banks, but since last year my thought towards it has turned upside down. Especially The Wrentham branch,tellers there have no service mind.nThey hired new faces with attitude not friendly at all,the young pretty one is the rudest one,she never smiled nor greeted customers.I,d rather drive to foxboro branch to do bank errands.The staffs there are so professional,you will get greetings from them since you step in.
