They wouldn't let me try on a pair of pants! I guess if you can't fit them just bring them back lol smh bad business for a clothing and shoe store

I came in the store to get shoes for my kids, I was looking for matching pairs. When I first came into the store I was greeted by a loud yelling noise from the back of the store to use the sanitizer, no Welcome to DK. Second the music had a lot of profanity, thank goodness my kids were not with me. Third they didn't have matching shoes, so I decided on a pair for one of my kids, the manager never brought them. She continued to talk to her other co-worker about music and shows that were going on. So after waiting some time I just left. My only tip is CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS!!!! Your customers deserves that.

I bought some Air Jordan Nike Mid 1. When I asked to try it out the shoes. The employee only handed me one shoe instead of the two pair of shoes... so I only felt one shoe which was comfortable and was considering that the other shoe would match the same feeling as the shoe I was able to try... I was confident because most of the shoes look awesome... But unfortunately that one other shoe that I never got to try wasn't never on my feet until I got home. I wear the shoes for about 30min and the bad part begins.. I was literally feeling pain in one of my small feet toe. Feels like the top of the shoe and the sides are small and rubbing alot on only my small toe......I will go soon before 30 days and see if I'm eligible to do an exchange.... I'm hoping they will understand my pain. I hope the employees see this and be cautious about letting customer know if they really like how the shoes feel. I'll give a update. Edit. The next day I went back and the employees gave me no excuse and I was eligible to exchange into some other shoes better and comfortable really happy with the place I totally recommend people to go
