Ordered online and had product with a few days. Curbside pickup was extremely easy
They have a wonderful selection! The associates were helpful and accommodating to my needs and answered my questions. Checkout was easy. The location is nice, it is wheelchair accessible but not directly in front of the store.
Nice selection but prices are expensive.
I love Carters. They always have cute clothes and good sales. We had to do a couple of exchanges for my sister's son recently. One of the ladies we got had an attitude because we needed to get bigger sizes. She was huffing at us, rolled her eyes and was being dismissive with her tone. We haven't been back since. I would rather drive to Rockwall
Lack of customer service.nI could barely hear them say hi.nThere was there ladies working one was cashier and other two were standing on there phone.nIf someone had intention to go steal. The whole time I had in there was on opportunity for me to steal. And the store wasnt even busy .nSo this was my experience.
