Wednesday, May 14, 2020 Priscilla helped me. I was just looking at shoes not expecting immediate attention as the store was pretty busy. I was in the store all of 45 seconds ( which might be too long) and she walked buy clearly busy. She was assisting another custome . She acknowledged me, and even verified if they had the items I wanted in my size. Customer service at it's best. Great customer service would've simply been acknowledging me and telling me they would be with me as soon as they were able. Priscilla took it to another level. She came out and apologized for the wait. I didn't wait long at all. I was in and out on a busy day in ten minutes. Entering the store there was a ( please excuse that I failed to get the name) Hispanic gentle. He was in his 30s maybe and bald with an accent. He was very helpful. Angel at the register was so efficient, and extremely kind. I was upset about another issue but you guys really changed that. Thank you for a great experience.
Great selections, prices are pretty comparable to other stores, they are the only store that carried my sons shoe size, for 50 miles!!!! Clean and extremely friendly!!!
