Poor customer service. All I can say is don’t take any tags off your items. Pirchased a purse and billfold last evening got home excited about new purchase took tags off to situate my belongings inside to find out billfold doesn’t fit comfortably inside attempted to return and couldn’t . Couldn’t get in store credit to give daughter that shops here stayed your merchandise is the credit. I won’t ever be back here again.... then Lisette had the nerve to enter in no receipt when I clearly handed her one and out even exchange so I didn’t receive my difference back from 30.$ ended up getting a 28$ belt with no change back HOW DARE YOU nah never coming back ever!!!!!
Rude lady. Stayed on the phone the entire time. Wouldn't have spoken to me unless I hadn't spoken to her about a shoe I was interested in...but her funky attitude....money spent elsewhere.
I love to shop and to browse in this store. The salespeople are courteous and helpful.
Bought a hand bag here beautiful color & design but it only lasted me a week it got sloppy & wrinkled lost its shape :( disappointed in the material... come on aldo with those prices I know you can do better ..
