I was there to exchange my Red Wings boots I bought from a different store as it was little big on my feet and she made our visit very pleasant. She stayed with us, helped me choose the right fit for my feet and even told us that if we are not satisfied with this shoes we can go back and she’ll help either to stretch them or even return them. I would strongly recommend to visit this store and specially Sarah if you’re not just looking a good work boots but also great cusotmer service.
Bought several pairs of boot here and wanted to purchase another pair but they asked me to leave because I had no face muzzle. Good luck competing with Amazon you and all stores like you will unfortunately not last. You are falling right into the trap
