Every single employee helped my boyfriend and I create an amazing enclosure for our new ball python. It was a completely last minute venture but Lewis talked is into the sweetest amazing veteran snake they had. Lewis, Will, and Jojo must have helped us for 3 hours to make sure we had everything we needed to be successful. Shout out to Lewis and Taylor especially for carrying the enclosure to our car and Taylor using his own shoelaces to secure it in the trunk. Absolutely unreal experience will 100% be back thanks for helping us!! I highly recommend this place to any scaly lover. Lewis, sorry for taking your snake but thanks for your patience and help.

This is the best place to head to in order for the best maintenance for your reptile buddy. Austin has great customer service. He tells you how he takes care of his pets. He has a great personality. Highly attentive to all the animals in the shop. My lady and I had a great time enjoying our conversation with him. We will most definitely come back whenever we need anything as far as a cage or a single bulb.

I have 2 veiled chameleons and this is where I get everything I need to take care of them. I come in almost every weekend to buy feeders and the guys here are super helpful and friendly. They always are glad to help anyone with any kind of questions you have. The selection of animals here is very cool as well. Love this place and will always come here for anything I need.

The Serpentarium is great! They always have everything we need for our panther chameleon in stock. From feeders to accessories such as misting systems. The prices are very reasonable compared to other reptile stores in town. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When I called Will was very quick at getting me the info I needed.

Wonderful place! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and all around amazing. This small business has top tier customer service! Today I came in for decor/bulbs and Luis helped me find everything I needed. Autumn checked me out at the register and made sure my bulbs worked as well as helped me pack my huge box of decor!
