Everyone I've met at this store is so helpful and friendly. I'm really enjoying the puppy 1 training classes too! Highly recommend Christine for training with puppies or adult dogs. Great store and better experience.
Horrible it makes it almost really complicated to do business here the very first time I attempted it seemed impossible and the second time literally seems like they did not want to attend my dog this along with that I gave this location a third try i must say a big regret I gave instructions to the lady at the desk of what I wanted for my dog I must say that this location I see why is never booked it was horrible this is a little small for the service I paid to not get the nails and teeth brushed was even more shame that my hair cut was no where near what i requested I highly suggest that this location received training from the Garland Buckner or Firewheel location Pleasant easy knowledgeable well satisfying type of job is recommended before here this location no point of being a vital care package to not even get treated as a cistomer literally.
Smaller than the average Petco with less selection. However is also less crowded and I think the staff is more helpful than other stores as well. If they carry what you need then this a great in and out shopping experience.
They really think its okay to charge $36 for a bag of bark because they call it bedding. Their prices are robbery. Pet co is only a store of last resort.
GREATEST. TEAM. EVER. Hands down! If you have a pet or are considering getting one, THIS is the place to go. They’re kind, knowledgeable and they truly care. It’s about 30 minutes out of my way and there are several other pet stores very close by, but they’ve DEF won my loyalty. BIG SHOUTOUT to Ben, Heath, Treyvonne and last but not least, the lovely Chamiere. You guys are amazing and I’m beyond grateful for the stellar experience you all provided. See you again soon! (:
