This place is awesome! If you love your pet(s) like we do, you've gotta visit the store on Renner Rd. in Richardson. There may be several places to get high quality pet products, but very few places where you'll find the level of customer service this store provides. You know the feeling you get when a good friend stops by and its genuinely good to see them...that's what it feels like to shop there. High quality products and high quality people. Go check out that store and you'll see what I mean.

Just visited and made our first purchase at Hollywood Feed. They have a wide range of products at reasonable prices. Excellent staff well educated in their knowledge of their products and the 'animal kingdom' in general. They offer same day delivery and curb side pickup. Not sure you can ask for anything more from a pet supply store. They won us over and we intend on making Hollywood Feed our pets supplier of their needs and pleasures.

definitely accurate reviews. everything everyone else said was true. super knowledge, great quality, very helpful, convenient location, just all around aces. This guy is happy with the chew they recommended

Had a great experience at this location today! Walked in right as they opened, Donna was extremely helpful with picking the right food to switch my sensitive puppy to and provided exceptional customer service. I had about a hundred questions and she answered each one with patience and great information, while catering to everyone else was in the store (there was quite a rush). She even helped me by bringing the big ole bag of food to my car! Great customer service and great location to ensure you're giving your fur baby the best of the best!

I just moved to City Line and while walking to Whole Foods I figure I'll stop in. I found out they sell Fromm and advise me they price match. So glad there a pet store near my new home the pup and I can walk to. I got a few things from there as well and it was very reasonable. They were sooo nice.
