Terrible customer service, go anywhere but here. Bald guy with a mask bigger than his face was my “sales” guy. Do not waste your time or money here!
Alex Garcia was the best Salesman I’ve ever seen in person. I went in knowing nothing and walked out feeling like I was a boot connoisseur!! I went over budget but didn’t mind it at all. These boots are well worth it.
The service was friendly, and very informative. I stand behind the Red Wing brand. I have never been let down by comfort, durability and style.
At first i went there and my boots where uncomfortable but i took them back and this nice young lady found i had the wrong size boot since then i have walked in joy thank you to that young lady for getting me right
They didn't have anything I wanted and needed for work in stock. This was a waste of my time. They sorely need a competitor.
